DEFECT

RETOURNEREN
Je kan jouw (Webshop) producten binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst retourneren in geval van defect. Kan je een duidelijke video maken van het defect? Dan kunnen wij op afstand kosteloos alles voor jou regelen en een nieuwe toezenden. Als het gaat om hygiëne producten, dan kunnen deze niet worden geretourneerd.
VERSTUREN
- Verpak het product, in de originele verpakking samen met het retourformulier.
- Plaats het retouretiket op een zichtbare plaats op het pakket.
- Ga naar één van de postpunten (een postkantoor of een pakketpunt) en verstuur jouw pakket.
- Een retourzending dient altijd te worden voorzien met een track & trace code. De klant is verantwoordelijk voor de verzending.
- Zodra het pakket ons magazijn bereikt, zal het product worden omgeruild of een terugbetaling worden geregeld.
